Dhilip graduated from one of the India's most prominent culinary institutes. He then honed his skills working under master chefs for the prestigious Taj Group of Hotels in India. His dedication was awarded when he was put in charge of making the most important condiment, the Idli and chutneys.He comes from a family of talented chefs who work all over the world. His hard work, talent and dedication have created the magic in our Indian cuisine.
